Legacy and Planned Giving

Your legacy is important.  The Cedar Falls Community Foundation can help you choose the best way to create and support your community legacy.  You can create a fund that will be ongoing or one that is established to support a specific project.  You may decide to create an unrestricted fund with the goal of building a flexible and responsive community endowment that can respond to changing and emerging needs.  Funds can be established under your will or by an agreement during your life.

The Cedar Falls Community Foundation is an accredited community foundation and its donors have access to Endow Iowa tax credits.

All potential donors are encouraged to consult with their personal tax advisors, accountants, or attorneys before making donations.  The Cedar Falls Community Foundation will work with you and your trusted advisor to create a legacy that is best suited to meeting your goals.
